Important please read
For safety and quality, I prefer not to work over other nail technicians. Unfortunately, many nail salons continue to use harmful products (MMA Acrylic) that are harmful to the natural nails. Please soak your nails off prior to your appointment or be prepared to add on a soak off to your appointment. If not, a $10 charge will be added to your fillin.
**GRACE PERIOD is 10 minutes. Please keep in minds that I may have clients behind you and if you’re running late it will mess up my schedule and have me running late for the rest of the day. You must go online and reschedule to book another appointment. Your deposit is non refundable if you are late or miss your appointment without a 24 hour notice.**
All Full Sets also include the gel polish or regular polish of your choice.
NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours in advance of your service, rescheduling included. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will forfeit the deposit and another deposit must be made to book Please cancel and reschedule accordingly. If you have an emergency, contact me as soon a possible to see what arrangements can be made.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments require an deposit that is non refundable to secure your appointment. When booking your appointment my system will charge your card a 25% deposit. All deposits go towards your services. Deposits are non-refundable.
NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA PEOPLE
Please do not bring children with you to the salon unless they are being serviced. The chemicals and dust create an environment that is not good for children. For the comfort of you and other patrons do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. If you are a minor a parent can accompany you to the appointment.
RE-OCCURRING CLIENTS
I hope that you love your nails and experience enough to book a standing appointment.
Standing appointments will reoccur every 2-3 weeks.
